Register for the West Oahu Summer Festival's Wet T-Shirt Contest! The winner will receive a $1000 cash prize! We will choose the final participants from all entries, so please try to make a good impression! The West Oahu Summer Festival to be held on August 18th, 2012! This will be a huge, all day event filled with wall-to-wall activities and entertainment!
